The name Wuji means “without limit” or “without polarity”. It refers to the non-polar state,
before Yin and Yang, before differentiation and movement. It is the origin of Tai Ji.

Tai Ji refers to the harmonious and constant movement and transformation from Yin into Yang and from Yang into Yin.

Wuji was founded in 2012. It is a place to draw your own path. There is no advancement, no levels, and competition. There is just your own way of being and growing. I give you some tools, accompany you a bit on the road, holding the space for you.

Tai Ji Quan - 太极拳

Tai Ji Quan is a Chinese internal martial art.

It combines the movements of martial art with rootedness, softness and breathing in order to cultivate internal energy or Qi.

Movements reflect the harmony between Yin and Yang and come forth from inner stillness.

Tai Ji enhances health and well-being and increases balance and rootedness on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Taiji also helps to develop your true potential, tapping into the magic flows of the extraordinary meridians.

In Wuji we practice Yang style both barehand and sword.

Qi Gong - 氣功

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese healing tradition that developed over 5000 years. Qi is the Chinese word for life-energy and Gong means dedication, art, and practice.

Qi Gong is suitable for everybody, young and old, healthy people but also for the less fit.

With movements and breathing techniques, Qi Gong balances body and mind, improving both mental and physical health.

Classes deepen your connection with your body and help you to understand the different energy streams in the body and to develop their true magic potential.

Shiatsu - 触意

Through touch, I connect with the energy streams in the body. Gently, I convince your body to release tension, open up passages, and allow the original flow to restore and replenish.

Then I feed the loose ends of energy into the magic cauldrons, the spaces in the body where energy transforms. The physical vibrations of density and motion, of warmth and vibration, transform into emotions and insights, sensations of colors and images.

And then you choose where to go; towards clarity and understanding, into the realms of magic and ancestors, or back into the body for healing and feeling whole.

Please bring or wear loose, comfortable clothing, preferably natural materials as treatments are given fully clothed. Do not eat heavily or drink alcohol before treatment.

I recommend drinking plenty of water to smooth the flow of changes and if possible, avoid strenuous or stressful activities after your session.

Yang Sheng - 養生

When you are more in tune with your inner self, with your body and emotions, you become more aware of your possibilities. When you are calm and centered you can move freely.

In the last years, I developed individual sessions that I call Yang Sheng, nourishing life. They are the only sessions I give at your home.

This approach grew out of the need of my older students or those struggling with illness. We combine soft and integrative exercises with shiatsu treatments to improve the quality of life and accompany you through difficult times.
